SHIPPING

SINGAPORE ORDERS

  1. Upon receiving your orders, they will be packed and dispatched within the next 3 business days generally via Singapore Post.   Delivery by other commercial means will depend on the size of the parcel.

  2. Thereafter, an email with the tracking number (if available) will be sent to you. Delivery status can be tracked on Singpost website. www.singpost.com / customer service dial 1605, where applicable.

  3. In the event that your order(s) does not arrive after 7 business days from the date of purchase, please contact us and we will assist you further.

  4. For orders less than $20, we will use normal postage with no tracking number provided.  Otherwise, we use either Registered Shipping (Postpaid) or Smartpac (Prepaid).  Both come with tracking service. Kindly expect slightly longer shipping duration of an additional 3 business days during festive or holiday season.

  5. Normal Postage With No Tracking

    • Delivery within 3 business days from date of posting. In the event that no one is available at the point of delivery, the parcel will be placed in your mailbox, if it fits. Otherwise, you can collect the parcel(s) at the designated post office within the next 5 business days with the tracking detail, Singpost Notice and ID.

  6. Registered Shipping (Tracking number with RCXXXXXXXXSG)

    • Delivery time is 3 business days from the date of postage to doorstep. 

    • In the event that no one is available at the point of delivery, you can collect the parcel(s) at the designated post office within the next 5 business days with the tracking detail, Singpost Notice and ID.

  7. SmartPac Shipping (Tracking number with SMXXXXXXXXSG)

    • SmartPac is a prepaid service. Tracking details will be updated before dispatch to Singpost. 

    • Please allow at least 24-48 business hours for the status to be updated on Singpost website.

    • This will not affect the delivery duration which takes about 2-3 business days.

    • In the event that no one is available at the point of delivery, you can collect the parcel(s) at the designated post office within the next 5 business days with the tracking detail, Singpost Notice and ID.

  8. Should we utilise other commercial delivery services, we will send you the details via email.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

  1. We ship worldwide. All International orders will be packed and dispatched within 3 business days to the shipping service provider - registered Singspot / DHL / Fedex.

  2. Thereafter, an email with the tracking number will be sent to you.

  3. Delivery time varies from 5-14 working days depending on the destination countries, shipping provider utilized and custom clearance.

  4. We are not responsible for any customs duties at the destination country.  Should such charges incur,  they must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges, and cannot tell you what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country.

  5. The customer takes full liability for all postal charges, return shipment costs, customs charges and handling fees should they refuse to accept a parcel due to import duties or taxes.

  6. Please note that we will try to unvalue all orders  or mark them as a gift, where necessary.

  7. Kindly expect slightly longer shipping duration of an additional 3 business days during festive or holiday season. 

Return & Exchange Policy

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We offer returns and exchanges for any wrong/faulty item that is sent to you. All items must be returned to us within 14 business days from date of purchase, brand new, unused and in original packaging. We reserve the rights to reject any request if conditions are not met. In the event that the size you require is not available, we will offer you a full refund.

For exchange, please contact us with your order number and reason of exchange. We will advise you the procedures of exchange via email.

LATE / MISSING REFUNDS

 

  1. If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.  

  2. Then contact your credit card company as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

  3. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.


SALES ITEM
 

  1. No refund/exchange is allowed for any sales item.

  2. You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning/exchanging your item unless it's a mistake done by our store.

  3. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
  4. If you are shipping an item over S$50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance as otherwise we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
